The Romance of Operetta

Idaho Falls Opera Theatre brings a night of operetta, bringing to life selections from popular operettas, reminding us of beloved songs we'd forgotten we knew!

Performing October 21, 2016 at 7 p.m. and October 22, 2016 at 4 p.m. at the beautiful Trinity United Methodist Church at 237 N. Water Street, Idaho Falls. Admission is free, dontations are gratefully accepted! For more information, call (208) 380-5355.

2016 - Ravel & Pucinni

Ravel's The Spanish Hour and Pucinni's Il Tabarro were a fantastic combination that opened the night with humor and whimsey and ended with jealousy and rage as only opera can do.

2014 - The Four Seasons & Pagliacci

The night opened with Verdi's Four Seasons with the Idaho Ballet Theatre and closed with Leonvacallo's epic tragedy, I Pagliacci. An excellent combination of theater and dance!

Menotti's The Telephone and Puccini's Gianni Schicchi were unlikely companions on a night full of comedy. Both humorous and entertaining, they were cast by excellent singers and actors!
